What is a workspace?
A workspace is the isolated review context for one client, company, or related business group. Each workspace keeps its own permissions, its own connections, and its own activity history.
How many QuickBooks companies can I connect?
Within a single workspace, you can connect up to five authorized QuickBooks entities. Every workspace has its own separate five-entity QuickBooks allowance, and every plan includes unlimited workspaces.
Does each workspace have its own QuickBooks connection?
Yes. Each workspace has its own QuickBooks connections and its own allowance of up to five authorized QuickBooks entities. Connections are not shared across workspaces.
Is Claude included in the MosoFin price?
No. A Claude account is required and is billed separately by Anthropic. MosoFin does not control Claude's plans, connector eligibility, retention settings, or usage limits.
Can MosoFin change my books?
No. MosoFin uses read-only QuickBooks access and has no tools that create, update, delete, post, send, or pay through QuickBooks.
What happens when the trial ends?
Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews into the selected plan at its then-current recurring monthly price.
Can I cancel before renewal?
Yes. Cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid the automatic renewal. After renewal, you can cancel the monthly subscription at any time.
Can I select any available plan for the $0.99 trial?
Yes. The $0.99, 14-day trial applies to any currently available plan. The Single Source plan is the plan available today; additional plans will be selectable when they are released.
How many entities from the same data source can one workspace contain?
