What is MosoFin?
MosoFin is a permission-scoped, read-only financial data workspace in Claude for bookkeepers, multi-entity business owners, accounting firms, CAS teams, and fractional CFOs. It supports financial reporting and analysis across multiple entities or clients using live QuickBooks data.
Workspaces
Create unlimited workspaces, connect up to five authorized QuickBooks entities to each workspace, and select one or more authorized workspaces for analysis. Each workspace keeps its own permissions and activity history. Ask plain-language questions about profit, cash, revenue, expenses, invoices, and bills, then save a workflow as a Saved Skill and rerun it with current data.
Limits and pricing

The current one-source plan is $5.99 per month with unlimited workspaces; any available plan can be tried for 14 days for $0.99.

Select one or more authorized workspaces, ask a financial question, run a repeatable review, and inspect the supporting activity.
Make financial data easier to review, explain, and trust.
MosoFin does not replace your financial systems or your judgment. It gives you a consistent way to inspect the numbers, find the story, and prepare the answer for each entity or client.
Ask the books.
Ask plain-language questions about profit, cash, revenue, expenses, invoices, bills, margins, or changes between periods.
“What looks unusual before I close May?”Review consistently.
Run repeatable financial and bookkeeping reviews for one entity or client, or select multiple authorized workspaces for cross-workspace analysis.
“Run my pre-close review for this client.”Explain it clearly.
Turn current QuickBooks results into review-ready management or client explanations while preserving the need for professional review.

Solve the review once. Reuse the Saved Skill next month.
When a workflow works, save it as a Saved Skill. Keep the technique that makes the review useful while each entity or client's data, permissions, and activity history stay in its own workspace.
Work it once. Save the method. Run the same review with current data next month.
Keep your bookkeeping checks consistent.
Save how you inspect categories, invoices, bills, chart-of-accounts details, and month-end signals.
Find what changed and why.
Reuse the way you compare periods, isolate the drivers, and decide which movements deserve attention.
Turn the review into a clear answer.
Preserve the structure you use to explain the result, why it matters, and what to discuss next.
Separate workspaces. Traceable answers.
Each workspace maintains its own permissions and activity history. Bea, the MosoFin accounting software agent, retrieves read-only QuickBooks data only for the workspaces you select, has no tools that write to the books, and records the relevant activity. See our read-only access and controls →
Control every financial data request. Allow safe reads, block sensitive tools, require approval, and keep an activity history.
Choose reporting software, built-in AI, or a client-book answer layer.

Joiin Intelligence
You need multi-client or multi-entity reporting, consolidation, report packs, and natural-language analysis across connected finance data.
MosoFin is a focused option for firms that want each client’s financial data isolated in Claude, with read-only reviews and an activity history instead of a broader consolidation suite.
Reach Reporting
You want branded reports, dashboards, reusable templates, budgeting, and 3-way forecasts across an accounting firm.
MosoFin starts with the question: choose a client, ask what changed or needs attention, and save the review method for next month.
