MosoFin is a permission-scoped, read-only financial data workspace for bookkeepers, multi-entity business owners, accounting firms, CAS teams, and fractional CFOs. It supports review across multiple entities or clients. MosoFin currently works in Claude with live QuickBooks data; ChatGPT and additional data sources are planned.
Users can create unlimited workspaces, connect up to five QuickBooks entities to each workspace, and select one or more authorized workspaces for financial reporting and analysis. Each workspace maintains its own permissions and activity history. MosoFin remains read-only and cannot alter the underlying books.

MOSO describes the financial-review cycle MosoFin — a financial reporting and analysis workspace — is designed to support. Monitor current financial data, organize entities or clients in permission-scoped workspaces, share review-ready insights after professional review, and stay accountable for the final outcome.
The name MOSO reflects four ideas: monitoring data, organizing financial work, sharing reviewed insights, and focusing on outcomes.

Multi-entity businesses. MosoFin helps owners and finance leaders review one company or selected companies, compare current financial results, investigate changes, and prepare management explanations across authorized entities.
Accounting professionals. MosoFin helps bookkeepers, accounting firms, CAS teams, and fractional CFOs organize client workspaces, reuse Saved Skills, investigate financial changes, and prepare client explanations without giving MosoFin tools that alter the books.
Ask, review, and explain.
Select one or more authorized workspaces and ask a financial question in plain language. MosoFin reads the permitted QuickBooks data and returns the result in the LLM conversation.
Use MosoFin to review profit and loss, cash flow, balance-sheet movements, invoices, bills, unusual transactions, variances, margins, receivables, payables, and period-end issues. When a workflow works well, save it as a Saved Skill and reuse it with current data. See how it works →
Clear boundaries, on the record.
MosoFin does not post journal entries, edit transactions, send invoices, make payments, file taxes, or change the books. It does not replace QuickBooks, professional accounting judgment, or the final review required before financial information is shared or acted on.
MosoFin is not currently:
- Available in ChatGPT
- Connected to Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or Square
- A shared membership or team workspace
- Offering released consolidation or FP&A workflows
- A standalone consolidation, FP&A, tax, payroll, payment, or accounting system of record

Unless canceled before the trial ends, the trial automatically renews into the selected plan at its recurring monthly price.
